Comets around a face

One comet runs once around the perimeter of a random visible face.

A solid beam walks the lattice edges, turning at corners, cube to cube.

A fast dashed beam flies along one straight edge line, mostly into depth. Move the cursor over the frame: a snake runs along the edges after it.

Many thin dim segments, soft at both ends and without a head, slide fast along straight edge lines on every axis.
